General Objective:

To Create an Incorporated Area that Would Serve as a New Tourist Area and Location for The STAR PYRAMID World Monument.

It Would Comprise approximately 10 Square Miles of Open Flat Land... North of Cairo above the Flood Plane. Besides The STAR PYRAMID World Monument... there would be a Man Made Lake (from which the Excavated Land would serve as a Base for The STAR PYRAMID). Also... eventually there Would Be Built a Magnificent Motel to Serve both Tourists and Area Residents.

Key to The Success of The Giza Project and The Star Pyramid World Monument... would Be Laws Supporting The Purpose of The STAR PYRAMID. Therefore... There Would Be No Business or Social Activities which Would Be Harmful or Destructive to Humans or Animals... or The Ecology of The Area.
