The Purpose of The Little Egypt Advisory Directors or "LEAD" is to Act as Independent "Advisory Counsel" for The Various Projects, Programs and Activities of The "People for Little Egypt" Organization.

Most Importantly, The LEAD Group Would Be a Source of "Expert Council" for The Various City/Community "Holistic Steering Groups" in The Little Egypt Area.
